The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) informed that the results of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students will be prepared on the basis of an 'objective criterion' to be decided by the board. As per a report by The Print, many schools in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Delhi, Noida, Bhubaneswar and Surat have shared with the CBSE information on the number of exams (both online and offline) conducted in the year. The schools have shared the kind of evaluation process used for these exams. Expectedly, based on this information, the CBSE will formulate the 'objective criterion' and compile the results of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates.
Regarding the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results, the CBSE has also stated that the if any student is not satisfied with the marks obtained by them, they have the option to sit for a written exam when the circumstances are favourable for conducting exam.
It is also known as per dnaindia.com report that the CBSE has sought information about students' year-long project work, assignments etc. It is possible that the board will prepare the results of Class 10 Board Exam 2021 on the basis of this. As per board sources, information sought on 15 points format has been sent to the schools. The full information of the students has been included in this format and the respective schools have to send complete details of the students to CBSE. All information of the students, from appearing in school's weekly tests to term examination have been sought.
The unprecedented spike in the number of COVID-19 cases all over the country has also prompted the CISCE and various state boards to follow CBSE's decision. The Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2021 have either being cancelled or postponed. The other boards which have cancelled Class 10 Board Exam 2021 are also looking at alternatives to evaluate the Class 10 Board Exam 2021 candidates.
