Speaking on the matter Pavan Duggal, a Delhi-based cyber crime expert told, "Such mails are generally packed with attracting offers and to avail that offer they ask you to click on th given URL that leads to looting of your money from the credit card, ATM card or even from your bank account. They can also access to your Aadhar card, PAN Card and other strictly confidential information if you have stored it on your mobile phone, desk top or lap top."
He said that such frauds are done through malware attack that allows them to execute software hack and fish out the important information stored.
Duggal advised people to avoid going to such offers which are economically nonviable. He advised people to install anti-malware software on their mobile phone, laptop and desktop which is available free of cost in online domain.
