India's second largest private lender ICICI Bank today announced the launch of virtual property exhibition ‘Home Utsav’ that digitally showcases real estate projects by renowned developers from key cities across the country.

The first ‘Home Utsav’ exhibition has been launched for the Mumbai and Pune region, where over 100 projects by more than 60 developers are being showcased, the release said. The Home Utsav exhibition will also be organised in other big cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi NCR and Gujarat, the release said.

This service offers bank's customers and non-customers facility to browse through these projects online, from the comfort of their home and office making the experience highly convenient, the release said.

Through Home Utsav, potential buyers can avail exclusive offers such as attractive interest rates, special processing fees and digital sanction of loans on buying a property through this exhibition.

ICICI Bank customers can enjoy further benefits of pre-approved and insta series of products being offered by the bank, the release said.
