Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020: Indian Coast Guard has sought applications for the recruitment of Navik (Domestic Branch (Cook & Steward)) 10th Entry vacancies on its official website.

Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2020: Indian Coast Guard has sought applications for the recruitment of Navik (Domestic Branch (Cook & Steward)) 10th Entry vacancies on its official website. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 50 vacancies. As many as 20 vacancies are set aside for unreserved category, 14 for OBC, 8 for SC, 5 for EWS, and 3 for ST category.  

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the recruitment exam online at joinindiancoastguard.gov.in on or before December 7.  

The admit card for the recruitment examination will be released on December 19 and the examination will be held in January 2021.

Indian Coast Guard Navik Pay scale: Starting Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is 21,700 (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the regulation enforced time-to-time.

Indian Coast Guard Navik Age limit: A candidate should be between 18 to 22 years old as on April 1, 2021.

Educational Qualification: A candidate should have passed Class 10 with 50% marks in aggregate from a board of Education recognized by Central / State Government (5% relaxation in above minimum cut off will be given for SC / ST candidates and outstanding sports person of National level who have obtained Ist, IInd or IIIrd position in any field of sports events at the Open National Championship/ Inter-state National Championship.

Last date to apply online: 07-12-2020 till 17:00 hrs

Date for print out of the e-Admit card: From December 19 to 25, 2020

Date for Exam: Early Jan 2021

Date for displaying Zone wise select List: Mar 2021

Date of Reporting at INS Chilka: April 2021
