LIC Housing Finance Dividend 2022 News: LIC Housing Finance NSE LICHSGFIN has announced to pay a dividend to its shareholders. LIC Housing Finance, backed by the country's largest insurer Life Insurance Corporation of India, is a leading housing finance company. LIC Housing Finance's Board of Directors had in May announced to pay a dividend to the company shareholders.

LIC Housing Finance will pay the final dividend for the fiscal year 2021–2022 in September. LIC Housing Finance share face value is Rs 2. The company has announced to pay Rs 8.50 dividend for each share. The final dividend translates into 425 per cent per share.

LIC Housing Finance dividend will be paid to shareholders after the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

LIC Housing Finance share dividend record date 2022 will determine the eligibility of the shareholders for receiving the dividend amount of Rs 8.50 per share.

LIC Housing Finance Dividend 2022 Payment Date

 

"The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 18% May, 2022, inter alia approved the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2021-2022 425% i.e. Rs 8.50 per equity share of Rs.2/-each. The dividend on equity shares, will be paid on or after date of AGM," LIC Housing Finance said in a filing dated May 18.

LIC Housing Finance Share Ex-Dividend Date 

 

LIC Housing Finance share will trade ex-dividend date on September 19.
