Indiabulls Housing rises near 2% after ex-Blackstone MD Cyriac raises his stake through bulk deal

Indiabulls Housing Share Price: Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd rose in early morning deals on BSE on Wednesday (December 27, 2023) after public shareholder Mathew Cyriac bought 24.99 lakh shares of the company on Tuesday (December 26).

The stock was trading higher by 1.99 per cent, or Rs 4.25, at Rs 217.60 at 10:14 am on Wednesday.

After the deal, Cyriac's stake in the company has increased from 1 per cent to Rs 1.52 per cent, as per the exchange data.

Indiabulls Housing, which is undergoing future and options (F& O) ban, will be removed from it in the next series.

Cyriac is a former senior managing director at The Blackstone Group.
