SBI dividend 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) — the country's largest lender by assets — on Thursday announced a dividend of Rs 11.30 per equity of face value Re 1 i.e., a 1,130 per cent payout to its shareholders. "Further, pursuant to Regulation 43 and Regulation 30 (6), we advise that the Central Board of the Bank, at its Meeting held on 18th May, 2023, has declared a Dividend of Rs. 11.30 per equity share (1130%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023," the company's filing said.

SBI dividend 2023 payment date

SBI has fixed June 14 as the payment date. "The date of payment of Dividend is fixed on 14th June, 2023 and the dividend warrants will be dispatched before the date of payment, which will be payable, in India, at par at all branches of State Bank of India, irrespective of the amount," the company's filing further said.
