Leading online food delivery platform Swiggy in partnership with HDFC Bank has announced the launch of a co-branded credit card that comes with a wide range of offers and discounts. The new co-branded card, known as the Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card, is positioned to provide users with an array of cashback benefits.

With cashback offers across Swiggy orders, online spends, and other expenses, the card aims to become a popular choice among digital shoppers and Swiggy loyalists.

Cashback offer details

With this card, a 10 per cent cashback can be availed on all orders on Swiggy. A customer can avail upto Rs 1,500 cashback per month. This applies across ordering food, dining out, groceries and more, in addition to the regular offers and discounts already available on the platform. Furthermore, you can earn a 5 per cent cashback on online spends, on thousands of other e-commerce sites and apps like Amazon, Flipkart, Ola and more.

For other offline spends the customers can get a one per cent cashback, but it’s capped at up to Rs 500 per month. 

Registration benefits with Swiggy HDFC Bank credit card

On activating the Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card, you get to enjoy a complimentary 3-month Swiggy One membership worth Rs 1,199. This membership enables you to enjoy free deliveries and extra discounts on food, groceries through Instamart, DineOut, and more.

Moreover, being part of the Mastercard World tier, the card opens the door to a host of additional benefits. This includes access to premium golf clubs worldwide, with 12 free golf lessons per year in India. The card also grants a free stay and dining experience at select Mastercard partner locations globally, along with up to 12% instant discount on worldwide hotels on Agoda.

Card details and exclusions

The Swiggy HDFC Bank Credit Card has a joining fee of Rs 500 and an annual renewal fee of Rs 500, which can be waived off for annual card spends over Rs 2 lakhs. Certain expenditures are excluded from cashback, such as rent, utilities, fuel, insurance, EMIs, jewellery, government spends, wallet loads, flight and hotel bookings, and similar spends.
