Supplementary or add-on credit cards usually have the same benefits and credit limit as the primary credit card and can be utilised similarly. Additionally, add-on credit cardholders can avail Rewards Points and AirMiles along with other discounts every time they use their credit card to pay for products or services. The number of add-on credit cards that can be availed depends on the credit card issuer but is usually between 3 to 5 cards. Individuals can avail add-on credit cards for their family members such as children who are adults, spouse, siblings and so on.
Eligibility criteria to avail add-on ICICI Bank credit card
-- Applicants must be above the age of 18.
-- Applicants must be an immediate blood relation of the primary cardholder such as his/her children, spouse, parents, parents-in-law, siblings and so on.

Documents Required for ICICI Bank Add-on Credit Cards
-- A completely filled application form. The form can be downloaded from the ICICI Bank website by scrolling to the bottom of the page wherein there is a section called 'Others’.
-- Select ‘Form Center’ which will then redirect customers to another page.
-- Then select the ‘Personal Banking’ option followed by ‘credit cards’ under which there is an option for ‘supplementary card request’.
-- Self-attested proof of identities such as PAN card, Aadhaar card or Passport.
-- Self-attested proof of address such as Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar card.
-- Add-on credit cards will not be provided unless KYC or Know-Your-Customer formalities are complete
-- Applicants can also visit the ICICI Bank branch.
