<p>The CEO of Rolls Royce, Torsten Muller-Otvos himself delivered the Jewel collection to the billionaire that costs around £250,000, while the Phantom is priced at £360,000. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan was recently launched in India at a price tag of Rs 6.95 Crore (ex-showroom, Delhi).
