Honda Amaze 2018 bookings can be made at all authorized Honda dealerships across the country, with a booking amount of just Rs 21,000.

One of the leading premium car manufacturers, Honda Cars India, has opened bookings for its much-awaited all new 2nd Generation Honda Amaze just ahead of its launch on May 16, 2018. The bookings can be made at all authorized Honda dealerships across the country, with a booking amount of just Rs 21,000. The car will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. Interestingly, according to reports, Honda has confirmed that it will sell the all new Amaze at a special introductory price to the first 20,000 customers who booked the Honda Amaze before its launch.

Rajesh Goel, senior vice president and director, Sales and Marketing at Honda Cars India was quoted in ET Auto as saying, "The response to the all-new Honda Amaze since its world premiere at the Auto Expo has been overwhelming. As a special gesture to all the Honda loyalists, who are booking the car even before knowing the price and variant details, we have decided to offer a special introductory price for the initial 20,000 bookings.

All-new Amaze will feature the First in Industry Diesel CVT Technology in the Indian market, offering powerful and effortless driving experience. This will be Honda’s first diesel engine combined with advanced CVT, and India will be the first market to launch this technology.

The 2nd Generation Honda Amaze is a One Class Above Premium Sedan, with an unmatched bold design, sophisticated and spacious interiors, advanced engine technology and outstanding driving dynamics. It is equipped with several new convenience features and latest safety technologies.

Talking about the Honda Amaze, Goel had earlier said, “The Honda Amaze has been one of our very successful models in India, with over 2.57 lakh satisfied customers. With the 2nd generation Amaze, we are extremely excited to add another chapter to the success story of the model. It’s a big commitment from HCIL to its customers and for us it’s “Time To Go Big.”

“The introduction of India’s Diesel CVT technology in the new Amaze, which offers unmatched and superior automatic driving experience, is also a first from Honda globally. We are confident the customers will see great value in this new technology,” he added.
Amaze 2018 will be packed with 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine which will be capable to churn out 87bhp and a peak torque of 109Nm. Also, there is a a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel motor giving 99bhp of power and peak torque of 200Nm.

Since its introduction in the Indian market in 2013, the Amaze has gained popularity as a premium family sedan. Amaze was the first diesel model introduced by HCIL, marking Honda’s entry into Diesel segment in India. The car embodies the best of Honda’s technologies, delivering an effortless driving experience with best in class fuel-efficiency and safety.
