Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is now available with a 1.5 litre capacity in both petrol (K15 with Next-Gen Smart Hybrid) and diesel (DDiS 225) powertrain options. The 1.5 litre engine has been developed in-house. Here are key details of the enhanced version of this Maruti Suzuki Ciaz:-

- Peak torque of 225 Nm@1500- 2500rpm and max power of 70 kW@4000rpm - This improves engine performance
- Refined Noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance
- Relocated reverse gear position: Benefits - Position of reverse gear is relocated next to 1st gear to reduce hand motion during tight parking conditions.
- 6-speed transmission: Benefits - This 6-speed transmission is mated to the DDiS 225 engine. This basically ensures a smooth drive and light gear shift feel.

-Zeta variant of New Ciaz is priced at 11.08 lakhs
-Alpha variant of New Ciaz is priced at 11.37 lakhs
