Strategic Partnership and Network Expansion
In April 2023, Tata Motors solidified a strategic partnership with Inchcape plc, designating it as the authorised distributor for commercial vehicles in Thailand. To ensure comprehensive support and services for customers, Inchcape plc will establish a robust network of 13 customer touchpoints across the country. These touchpoints will cover sales, service, and spare parts, strategically positioned to provide seamless assistance to customers throughout Thailand.
Line-up of Vehicles
Tata Motors has introduced a compelling line-up of new-age trucks designed to meet diverse industry requirements in Thailand. The featured models include Tata Super Ace, Tata Ultra T.9, Tata Ultra T.14, and the flagship Tata Prima 5038.S. These vehicles are designed to deliver best-in-segment performance, fuel efficiency, reliability, and comfort.

Value-added Services for Hassle-free Operations
Tata Motors claims to offer a range of value-added services for seamless vehicle lifecycle management. Tata Protect service is an all-encompassing maintenance and service package, providing customers with a warranty, roadside assistance, genuine parts availability, and on-site maintenance and the Tata OK programme is a pre-owned vehicle initiative that includes buyback and sales services, the company stated. The Ultra and Prima ranges will feature Tata Motors Fleet Edge, a connected vehicle platform powered by data analytics.
