Car Prices Hike: With the beginning of the new year, many automobile companies have announced an increase in the prices of their vehicles in India. From Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, to Audi and Hyundai, many companies are increasing the prices of their vehicles from January 2023. The decision, according to the companies, is aimed to offset the rising input cost and also to comply with the stricter emission norms that come into effect from April 2023.

Maruti Suzuki India has confirmed that it will increase the prices of its models from January 2023. The increase in prices will vary across models. While the company has not yet disclosed how much the prices of which vehicles will increase, however, it said that it is under pressure to offset inflation and meet recent regulatory requirements. So, it has become necessary to increase the prices of its vehicles.

Currently, the bestselling vehicles of Maruti Suzuki are Alto, Alto K10, Ignis, WagonR, Celerio, S-Presso, Swift, Eeco, Dzire, Brezza, Ciaz, Ertiga, XL6 and Grand Vitara.
