Porsche 2018 Cayenne Turbo: Spectacular SUV set to hit Indian roads
Porsche has announced that the bookings for the brand new Porsche Cayenne Turbo 2018 are now open across dealerships in India. Along with standard Cayenne which will be launched later this year, new Porsche Cayenne Turbo will be available at showrooms in June. This is the first Cayenne model range in the country to have an e-hybrid and a standard variant.
Porsche Cayenne Turbo comes with a 550hp, 4.0-litre petrol V8 engine and it can achieve a maximum torque of 770Nm between 1,960rpm and 4,500rpm. The top speed of the car is 286kph and can reach to 100kph from a standstill in just 4.1 seconds.
With various inbuilt features, Porsche Cayenne Turbo packs various services and smartphone apps - the Porsche Connect, My Porsche, Apple CarPlay etc. The driver can direct Voice Pilot by just saying the name of the destination or place.
This new Porsche Cayenne Turbo sports a comfortable front/ rear seats and has elevated side bolsters. These seats can be folded down in 40:20:40 ratio and it also offers 160mm of fore/aft adjustment. Depending on the model, the company offers luggage capacity between 745 litres and a maximum of 1,710 litres.
With Adaptive Air Suspension, the vehicle comes with new technologies like rear-axle steering and an innovative brake system. The use of three-chamber technology is adjusted to suit the driving mode and situation, adaptive air suspension is also present.
The Cayenne models offer optional rear-axle steering that enhances drivability and performance.
The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo has an aluminum body which makes it 65kg lighter than its predecessor. This new car will be priced at Rs 1.92 crore in India
