Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer Toyota has launched its premium hatchback Glanza in India at an introductory price of Rs 7,21,900 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The carmaker has also revealed the accessory list for the Glanza on its website, which includes a number of cosmetic additions. Glanza has a top-notch gearbox for a smooth, flawless drive. It has a Speed-sensing Auto Door Lock, Engine Push Start / Stop and Smart Entry and Driver Sunvisor with Vanity Mirror and Lamp. The new Toyota Glanza comes loaded with enhanced tech and new-age features that make it a lot more fun to play with. It also has an Auto AC feature which automatically adjusts the cabin temperature to your liking.
Petrol
The new Toyota Glanza is equipped with a powerful yet fuel-efficient K-series engine that delivers a superior driving experience with exceptional power and low-end torque. Engine and gearbox
Glanza shares its engines and gearboxes with the Baleno. It has an option of two BS6-compliant 1.2-litre petrol engines from Suzuki. There’s an 83hp, K12B unit that comes with the option of either a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox, and a 90hp, K12C DualJet unit that’s paired with a Smart Hybrid system and a 5-speed manual gearbox only.
