Akasa Air can take legal action against pilots who quit without serving notice period: Bombay High Court
The Bombay High Court told AkasaAir on Wednesday that it could consider legal action against the five pilots who left the company without serving their notice periods. The high court said that such a matter comes under its jurisdiction since AkasaAir accepted their resignations in Mumbai.
