Aviation: Emirates offers special fares from Dubai to Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad for Diwali

The Emirates airline is proving competitive fares on economy class to Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. The travellers living in there have to avail of the opportunity for Mumbai starting at Dh1,205, Delhi starting at Dh1,265, Hyderabad starting at Dh1,105, and Ahmedabad starting at Dh1,165, the statement said.

During the festival season in India, large number of people living in the UAE visit their native places. It also gives an opportunity to airline services to capitalise upon the increased air traffic. Therefore, Dubai-based Emirates airline has announced special fares for the occasions of Diwali. According to Emirates website, travellers from Dubai can avail the offer by booking until October 28, and travelling until April 30, 2019.

Business class passengers can avail of the facility for Mumbai starting at Dh3,605, Delhi starting at Dh3,705, Hyderabad starting at Dh3,395, and Ahmedabad starting at Dh4,775, said the airline statement.

Further, the airline will be also be offering passengers onboard special Diwali delicacies from November 7 to 10, said the statement, adding that the special treats will be available for customers in all classes on all flights to India from Dubai. The celebratory delicacy is a small flour balls deep fried in ghee and simmered in cardamom and saffron flavored sugar syrup, decorated with silver leaf and pistachio.

Accordingly, passengers in all classes will be provided motichoor ladoos on all Indian hot tray meals. Business and First Class passengers can also enjoy Anjeer Chakkar- a sugar-free sweet, loaded with cashew nuts, almonds raisins, pistachio, walnut, and dried figs presented in a circular form, it said.

Similarly for Thanksgiving, the Dubai-based Emirates airline is providing its customers travelling to North America economy class fares to New York starting at Dh4,685, Los Angeles starting at Dh5,785, Chicago starting at Dh5,215 and Dallas starting at Dh5,385, according to the statement.

The airline passengers in Business class can also enjoy fares to New York starting at Dh20,155, Los Angeles starting at Dh25,775, to Chicago starting at Dh21,775, and to Dallas starting at Dh21,745, the statement added.
