Flipkart's 'The Big Billion Days' for kiranas, small businesses; sale begins from 23 September across 28 stores, online channels

Flipkart Group owned digital B2B marketplace Flipkart Wholesale will begin a sale event for Kirana members between September 23 and 30 across all 28 stores and online channels under the The Big Billion Days (TBBD), the company said in a media release.

Leveraging Flipkart Group’s strong technology and supply chain infrastructure, Flipkart Wholesale facilitates the growth of Kiranas and MSMEs, and the collective development of the entire ecosystem, the release said.

The homegrown platform has launched the sale with a tagline ‘Iss SALE Ke Aage Sab Fail’, the release said.

The sale event aims to extend the benefits of TBBD to small retailers and kirana members by giving them an opportunity to save more and increase profits.

Through this, members can avail of exciting offers and deals spanning a host of products and categories, including staples, confectionery, beverages and others, depicted through its catchphrase ‘Dumdaar Offers Aur Shaandar Daam’, the release further said.

The company has also launched a Prize Scheme for this based on the quiz contest with select members and the number of transactions.
