Lakme Fashion Week and the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) have unveiled a fresh lineup of emerging designers for the upcoming event in New Delhi, scheduled from October 11 to 15. This marks the 36th edition of the renowned GenNext program, a sought-after platform for talent discovery in the Indian fashion landscape.

Arnav Malhotra (No Grey Area), Sonam Khetan (Sonam Khetan), and Prasoon Sharma (Triune) have emerged victorious as the winners of this year's GenNext edition. These promising designers were chosen after presenting their captivating collections to a distinguished panel of judges. The esteemed jury consisted of Harman Dhillon, Vice President at Hindustan Unilever Limited; Sabina Chopra, a GenNext mentor; Mehernaaz Dhondy, Editor-in-Chief of Grazia India; Amit Aggarwal, a renowned fashion designer; and Jaspreet Chandok, Group Vice President at Reliance Brands.

The GenNext program, a collaborative effort between Lakme Fashion Week and FDCI, plays a pivotal role in nurturing and showcasing the creative minds shaping the future of fashion. Harman Dhillon expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming event, stating that this season's GenNext designers symbolize not only the resilience and innovation of a new era but also the commitment to identifying and empowering young talents. Dhillon further emphasized the transformative power of artistry in shaping the global fashion landscape.
