Old Bridge Capital Management (OBCM) on Wednesday announced that it has received final approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to commence its mutual fund operations under the name Old Bridge Mutual Fund.

Commenting on the SEBI nod, Kenneth Andrade, the Founder of OBCM, said, "We are delighted to receive this licence to commence operations for Old Bridge Mutual Fund and will be launching our maiden actively managed equity scheme. As we move forward with our newly acquired license, we remain committed to providing investors with long-term investment solutions on our mutual funds platform."

This development marks a significant milestone for Old Bridge Capital Management as it expands its portfolio of financial services. With the issuance of the SEBI licence, Old Bridge Mutual Fund is poised to offer investment opportunities to a broader spectrum of investors, further solidifying OBCM's presence in the Indian financial market.
