Post per day data limit, the service is chargeable at 50 paise/MB. This plan also offers 100 SMS per day for 365 days. Apart from all these offers, Vodafone users will get Free LIVE TV, Movies and more on the Vodafone Play App.
To get these extra benefits offered by Vodafone, the customer needs to SMS PLAY to 199. Also, users can access the Play services via the Vodafone Play app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Reliance Jio has a Rs 1699 yearly plan which offers unlimited local, STD, as well as roaming, calls inside the country and data, which translates to just Rs 141.5/month or Rs 4.6/day. Under this plan, Jio offers free voice and 547 GB unlimited data (i.e. 1.5GB/per day, and unlimited data+ complimentary subscription to Jio apps. This plan also offers 100 SMS per day for 365 days.

However, BSNL has two new annual recharge packs at Rs 1,699 and Rs 2,099 respectively. BSNL's Rs 1,699 pack competes directly with Jio. BSNL's Rs 1,699 plan gives 2GB data per day, which means you enjoy 730GB for a year. Once the FUP limit is over, a user will only get to access the data at a speed of 80 kbps. Under this plan, customers are also given unlimited local, STD and national roaming calling facility and 100 SMS daily.
Coming to the Rs 2,099 plan, BSNL offers 4GB data per day for 365 days. With this, a customer gets 1,460GB data for a year. Remaining all other facilities are similar like the Rs 1,699 plan of BSNL.
According to the TRAI data, only two operators - Reliance Jio and BSNL - gained new subscribers in October last year, leading to marginal growth in overall telecom user base to 119.2 crore. Reliance Jio and BSNL jointly added over 1.08 crore new customers while rest of the operators like Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, MTNL and Reliance Communications lost more than 1.01 crore customers.
Reliance Jio alone added over 1 crore and BSNL added 3.66 lakh customers to their network.
