The schools are going to reopen in the following states from March 1, as per a report by dnaindia.com. Here is a detailed list:

1) Uttar Pradesh: Schools for classes 1 to 5 will reopen from Monday, March 1. Classes 6 to 8 were already reopened in the state from February 10. The government had reopened schools for classes 10 and 12 from January 18, 2021 because of the board exams.
The classes will be sanitised before the schools reopen and sanitisation of the classes will continue after every shift. The COVID-19 protocols like temperature scanning, wearing masks, maintaining social distance will also be ensured in the school campuses for the safety of the students.
2) Bihar: Schools for classes 1 to 5 will reopen in the state from March. Offline classes for the students of classes 9 to 12 had already started in Bihar since January 4. Offline classes for the students of classes 6 to 8 resumed from February 8. In Bihar, the schools have been allowed to hold offline classes for each batch of students on alternate days.
3) Haryana: Offline classes for students of classes 1 and 2 will resume from today. The students will need to submit a consent form to send their wards back to schools. The school timings will be from 10 AM to 1.30 PM. The Haryana government reopened schools for the students of classes 10 and 12 from December 14 last year. For the students of classes 9 and 11, schools were reopened from December 21. Schools for the students of classes 3 to 5 were reopened on February 24.
The schools across the country were shut down since March last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The students had to shift to digital platforms to attend the classes. With the declining number of cases throughout the country, several state governments are reopening the schools for offline classes.
