BPCL Recruitment 2018: Bharat Petroleum Corporation has issued a notification to fill up 44 positions of Workman-B (Trainee). BPCL has invited applications from the eligible candidates for these posts. The last date for submission of the application is June 11, 2018. Candidates can apply online through bharatpetroleum.com/careers till June 11, (17:00 hrs). One can apply only through online mode. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. However, Corporation has reserved the right to modify the process if required.

General Workman-B (Trainee) Chemical:30 Posts
General Workman-B (Trainee) Mechanical:12 Posts
General Workman-B (Trainee) Instrumentation: 2 Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
General Workman-B (Trainee) Chemical : The candidate should be holder of First Class Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with minimum 60%.
General Workman-B (Trainee)– Mechanical : The candidates should be holder of First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology with minimum 60%.
General Workman-B (Trainee)– Instrumentation : The candidates should be holder of First Class Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering/Technology with minimum 60%.
Work Experience:
Candidates should have minimum one year post qualification experience in a Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/ Lube/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Industry OR one year apprenticeship training (post qualification) under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in a Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/ Lube/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Industry.
Selection Process for Workman-B (Trainee)Posts
Selection for these positions will be on the basis of written examination, skill test and medical test.
Age limit:Between 18 years and 30 years as of May 1, 2018 for General category candidates. There are 5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST category, while 3 years for the OBC category.
