Elaine Tsung, CEO and Founder, Garage Society believes that co-working can be an impactful business for job creation as in last 10-20 years, there has been a lot of technological advancement and being a young population, Indians have a better chance of settling themselves into several roles.

''Young generation understands technology better and they have that intellectual capital to get jobs with this new advancement. We provide platform to start a company, a youngster who wants to setup a company does not need to worry about formalities or hesitations to build or rent an office space. Flexibility, affordability and ease of starting a company helps in job creation," Tsung told Zee Business Online.

Sharing an instance, Tsung said, ''We provide infrastructure that facilitates job creation. We have a lot of clients who say, you focus on office functioning, office operations etc and we will focus on hiring, business strategies and insights.
