LPG gas subsidy: Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas cylinder prices have been increased for second consecutive month and the new rates have become effective from 1st July 2020. However, the latest hike is marginal. The new prices were notified by the Indian Oil Corporation. As per the notification, from today, 14.2 kg subsidized LPG cylinder will cost Rs 1 more in Delhi and the LPG subsidy will be transferred into the beneficiary's bank account through direct bank transfer (DBT).

However, it has been found that people complain about not receiving subsidy transfer amount in their account. Such LPG gas consumers need not to go to their vendor to ask for the subsidy transfer. They can check it online by sitting at their home. What they need to do is to log in at mylpg.in website from their mobile phone.
