UP Board 10th and 12th Results 2020: The results of Uttar Pradesh (UP) board examinations 2020 for class 10th and 12th will be declared by 24th April, Hindustan Times reported quoting UP's Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma. The exams for class 10th and 12th have started today. As per the news reported by a media house, this year's results will be declared ahead of other examination board results. The report quoted Sharma, who is also the Secondary Education Minister of UP, saying that the students can expect UP Board 10th Result 2020 and UP Board 12th Result 2020 to be declared by 24th April. UP Board Exam 2020 to be completed in 12-15 Days
Dinesh Sharma said that this year UP Board Exams will be completed in a record time of 15 days, the Hindustan Times report said. The minister was highlighting the difference between the way the UP Board Exam 2020 was conducted earlier, and now under the Yogi Adityanath Government, the report said.

The High school board examinations begin on Tuesday (18 February) and will end on 3 March with the 12th board examinations will begin from 6 March. The high school examinations will get over in 12 working days and intermediate exams in 15 days, the publication reported.
This is a new record, the report said quoting the Deputy CM adding that in 2019, the Class 10 or high school examinations were concluded in 14 working days while the Class 12 or intermediate examinations were concluded in 16 working days.

Security beefed Up to avoid cheating practices
To check instances of mal-practices and cheating, UP Board has stepped up security and surveillance at the examination centers, the report said. To ensure smooth conduct of UP Board Exam 2020 in a record time-frame, UP Board has established a hi-tech control room which is directly connected to all the 7784 examinations centers in 75 districts of the state, the report said. UP Board has also installed 1.90 lakh CCTV cameras in exam halls to keep a tab on cheating and malpractices, the report said.
