Manglam Group to invest Rs 200 crore in luxury residential project in Jaipur

Manglam Group is all set to launch its next luxury residential project with an investment of Rs 200 crore in Jaipur's Jagatpura. The real estate major aims to garner Rs 100 crore in sales by March 2024 and another additional Rs 90 crore by March 2025 from its project.

With an aim to redefine luxury living while focusing on a sustainable and green future, Manglam Group has announced an investment Rs 200 crore for its upcoming luxury residential project named Manglam Rambagh. The leading Rajasthan-based real estate firm is developing the housing project in Jaipur's Jagatpura area.

The gated township is expected to be completed by December 2024 and will have some meticulously designed features and facilities, Manglam Group said in a press release.

The real estate major aims to garner Rs 100 crore in sales by March 2024 and another additional Rs 90 crore by March 2025 from its project.

Manglam Rambagh luxury housing project amenities

The residential project will come up with a blend of luxury, innovation, and sustainability. This also marks the Manglam Group's vision to dedicate the venture toward the green building concept.

The residential project will span across 2.2 acre of prime land with a total of 114 flats spread over six floors. It will include 3 or 4 BHK flats and 5 or 6 BHK penthouses, boasting spacious dimensions ranging between 2370 sqft to 6120 square feet. Each of the flats will be allocated a minimum of two reserved car parking spots, out of the total 250 reserved parking spaces.

With the addition of a garden area and a luxurious clubhouse, the project will add a touch of sophistication to the residents' lifestyle. The flats will come at a cost of Rs 1.38 crore to Rs 3.73 crore.

Among other features, the project will also have unrivalled connectivity to key areas of Jaipur, including Malviya Nagar, Tonk Road, Sitapura Industrial Area and Ramchandrapura Industrial Area.
