Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train: The Karnataka government in association with IRCTC has initiated a “Karnataka Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan” theme-based pilgrimage tour by Bharat Gaurav Tourist train covering the prominent sacred places.
Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday, November 11 flagged off the Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train from Bengaluru to Varanasi (Kashi).
PM Modi complimented Karnataka for being the first state to take up the Bharat Gaurav Kashi Yatra train, tweeted, “I would like to compliment Karnataka for being the first state to take up the Bharat Gaurav Kashi Yatra train. This train makes brings Kashi and Karnataka closer. Pilgrims and tourists will be able to visit Kashi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj with ease.”

The Karnataka government in association with IRCTC has initiated a “Karnataka Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan” theme-based pilgrimage tour by Bharat Gaurav Tourist train covering the prominent sacred places of divine city Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj in an eight-day journey.
Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train Package
The eight- day tour costs Rs 20,000 and the package includes food, stay and darshan.
All passengers will be required to carry Voter ID / Aadhar Card and Covid-19 final dose certificate with them.

Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train Schedule, Route, Destinations
Day 1, November 11, the train will depart from Bengaluru and will board passengers from Birur, Haveri, Hubballi, Belagavi, Raybag stations.
Day 2, November 12 will be overnight train journey
On Day 3, November 13, the train will reach Varanasi Railway station in the afternoon and the tourists will be transferred to hotels to check in.
On Day 4, November 14, post lunch, the tourists will visit Kashi Vishwanath temple and Holy Bath in Ganges.
On Day 5, November 15, the tourists will be given a tour of Ayodhya and the next day i.e day 6, November 16, the passengers will visit Prayagraj and then will have an overnight journey on November 17.
The train will complete the journey on November 18, where tourists will be de-boarded.
Destinations and visits covered:
Varanasi: Tulsi Manas temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple, Kashi Vishwanath temple & Ganga Aarti.
Ayodhya: Ram Janmbhoomi temple, Hanuman Garhi, SaryuGhat.
Prayagraj: Ganga-Yamuna Sangam, Hanuman temple.
