In a relief to the passengers, the Indian Railways have decided to extend the trips of four special trains on existing timings and stoppages. In addition to that, the services of August Kranti Rajdhani Express Special are set to be restored from July 3, 2021, until further notice.

In a relief to the passengers, the Indian Railways have decided to extend the trips of four special trains on existing timings and stoppages. In addition to that, the services of August Kranti Rajdhani Express Special are set to be restored from July 3, 2021, until further notice. The passengers must note that for detailed timings regarding halts, they must visit enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.

The Western Railways have recently tweeted about this restoration of the train services from its official Twitter handle. Western Railways tweeted, "For the convenience of passengers trips of 4 Special are being extended on existing timings, stoppages. Also services of August Kranti Rajdhani Express Special is being restored w.e.f 3rd July, 2021 till further advice."

The four pairs of special trains that are being extended are as follows:

Train no. 09049 Mumbai Central to Samastipur running four days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The dates for the services of this train are July 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10.

Train no. 09050 Samastipur to Mumbai Central running four days a week on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Mondy. The dates for the services are July 5,7, 8, 10 and 12.

Train no. 09117 Mumbai Central to Bhagalpur running weekly on Friday. The date for the service is July 9, 2021.

Train no. 09118 Bhagalpur to Mumbai Central running weekly on Monday. The date for the service is July 12, 2021.

Train no. 09177 Mumbai Central to Bhagalpur running weekly on Wednesday. The date for the service is July 7, 2021.

Train no. 09178 Bhagalpur to Mumbai Central running weekly on Saturday. The date for the service is July 10, 2021.

Train no. 05302 (Summer special) Bandra (T) to Gorakhpur running weekly on Saturday. The dates for services are July 10 and 17.

Train no. 05301 (Summer special) Gorakhpur to Bandra (T) running weekly on Friday. The dates for services are July 9 and July 16.

Restoration of August Kranti Rajdhani Express Special Train:

Train no. 02593 Mumbai Central to Hazrat Nizamuddin running daily. The services to be restored from July 3, 2021, till further notice.

Train no. 02594 Hazrat Nizamuddin to Mumbai Central running daily. The services to be restored from July 4, 2021, till further notice.

Only the passengers with confirmed tickets will be permitted to board the train and the passengers are advised to adhere all norms, SOPs related to COVID-19 during boarding, travel and at destination.
