Madhya Pradesh weather update: A dozen trains cancelled, 3 rescheduled as heavy rainfall floods Katni-Bina station; full list here
As the Indian monsoon gathered steam, heavy showers in parts of Madhya Pradesh forced the Indian Railways to cancel, reschedule or divert about 21 trains. Major disruption was witnessed on the Katni-Bina railway line after heavy rainfall led the Salaiya railway station flooded. Trains scheduled to cross the station were halted at other stations to remove soil subsidence on the track.
