IRCTC uses AI
The frequent travellers who visit the website will also get all the information about their travel available according to their traveling patterns. This will be done through the use of AI or Artificial Intelligence. This will help in complete user personalisation linked to the user login, such as the booking of meals, retiring rooms and hotels has been integrated and can be directly along with the tickets, thus providing a one stop solution for the needs of the traveller. Reason for IRCTC revamp
The move is amid India’s push for a ‘Digital India’. The revamped and upgraded e-ticketing website www.irctc.co.in and IRCTC Rail Connect Mobile App can now be used for booking Railway tickets online.
