Share Market Today LIVE | IEX shares snap two-day losing streak, rise over 3%
Shares of Indian Energy Exchange snaps the two-day losing streak and climbs as much as 3.5 per cent on BSE, touching the day’s high of Rs 126.90 apiece on Monday. The stock has soared after losing over 18 per cent in the last two trading sessions after news reports said the Power Ministry has asked the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) to introduce the ‘market coupling’ mechanism for spot power trading. The scrip had recorded a 52-week low on June 9 last week at Rs 116 apiece.

Share Market Today LIVE | Glenmark Life hits 52-week high as reports say Sekhmet and Nirma Group in race to acquire company
Shares of the pharmaceutical company Glenmark Life Sciences today, June 12, hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 619.30 apiece on the BSE. During Monday's trading session, the stock gained as much as 4.9 per cent on the BSE. The script zoomed after reports said that Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company Sekhmet Pharmaventures and Ahmedabad-based Nirma Group are in race to acquire Glenmark Life Sciences. According to reports, ChrysCapital, GIC, and Canada's CDPQ have also shown interest in buying Glenmark Life Sciences.
NTPC hits 52-week high
NTPC shares gain by as much as Rs 3.7 or two per cent to clock a 52-week high of Rs 186.4 apiece, surpassing an earlier peak of Rs 184.4 touched last week.

Shares of Cochin Shipyard rallied on Monday's trade after one of the largest shipbuilding and maintenance facility companies emerged as L1 (lowest bidder) for an order worth Rs 300 crore by the Indian Navy. Shares of Go Fashion which owns women's wear brand Go Colors trade at Rs 1,137.95, down Rs 56.65 or 4.74 per cent. The stock slipped as much as 5.07 per cent to Rs 1,133.30 apiece on the BSE in the opening deals as multiple block deals took place in the stock. As per Zee Business Research, Sequoia Capital was expected to sell 55 lakh company shares or an entire 10.18 per cent stake via a block deal today.
