BEL Dividend 2023 Record Date: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), NSE: BEL, has declared that ot board has approved the second interim dividend to its shareholders for the financial year 2022-23. According to an exchange filing by the government-owned company, the Navratna Defence PSU will pay 60 per cent dividend per equity share having a face value of Rs 1 each.
It means that the company will pay Rs 0.60 to shareholders for each share held in the Demat account on the record date. "Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th January, 2023, inter alia, has declared interim dividend of Rs 0.60/- per equity share of X 1/- each fully paid-up (60%) for the financial year 2022-23," the company said in the filing.

The Bengaluru headquartered company's board has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend amount. BEL dividend record date is February 10, February.

"The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, the 10th February, 2023 as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2022-23," the company added.
