BLS International announces dividend; check record date
BLS International Dividend: BLS International has fixed the record date as February 17 for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend.
BLS International Dividend: IT service management company BLS International has announced to pay dividend to its shareholders. The company through an exchange filing informed that the board has approved the payment of the first interim dividend for the FY 2022-23 at Rs 0.50 per equity share.
“...Approved/declared 1st interim dividend at the rate of 50 per cent on face value i.e. Rs 0.50 /- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 41,08,20,000 equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2022-23..," BLS International said in a stock exchange filing.
The company has fixed Friday, February 17, as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend.

The company also declared its Q3 earnings. Its consolidated revenues rose 22.7 per cent QoQ and EBITDA rose 16.73 per cent QoQ. The increase in revenue was mainly driven by a strong recovery in visa and consular business
The company's EBITDA during the quarter under review stood at Rs 66.30 crore in Q3 FY23, up 159.69 per cent from Rs 25.53 crore in Q3 FY22. EBITDA margin improved 390 bps YoY to 15.14 per cent in Q3 FY23 as against 11.24 per cent in Q3 FY22, supported by improved operational efficiencies.
Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint MD, BLS International, said that the company has reported its highest ever quarterly revenue. "We are seeing robust growth coming in from visa and consular services, coupled with Digital Services businesses," he said.
Meanwhile, shares of BLS International jumped more than 5 per cent intraday to hit the day's high at Rs 193.80 apiece on NSE. The counter has yielded a multibagger return of 186 per cent in the last one year.
