Exxaro Tiles IPO allotment status: Here is how to check online via BSE, Link Intime direct links - Know if you shares

The initial public offer of Exxaro Tiles was subscribed 22.68 times as on August 6, 2021, the final day for subscription and the investors are now eagerly waiting for the allotment. The finalisation of basis of allotment is likely to take place on August 11, 2021.

Exxaro Tiles initial public offering received 22.68 times subscription at the end of the last day of offer on August 6, 2021. The Rs 161.08 crore initial public offer (IPO) received bids for 25,96,52,625 shares against 1,14,50,675 shares on offer, as per an update on the exchanges.

The quota for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 17.67 times, while that for non-institutional investors 5.36 times and retail investors' portion received 40.10 times subscription.

The initial public offer of 1,34,24,000 equity shares had a fresh issue of up to 1,11,86,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 22,38,000 equity shares.

Proceeds from the fresh issue would be utilised by the company towards repaying/ prepaying of borrowings, funding its working capital requirements besides general corporate purposes.

The Finalisation of basis of allotment is likely to be on August 11, 2021. Initiation of refunds will be on August 12 followed by transfer to demat accounts on August 13. The listing of shares is likely to take place on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 on both the NSE and BSE.

Step 1: Visit the link: bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx on BSE official website.

Step 2: In the dropdown menu select 'Equity' for issue type.

Step 3: Now, select the name of the IPO.

Step 4: Here, you will be asked to verify application number & PAN number.

Step 5: Hit search button and you are good to go. You can see your IPO allotment on the screen.

Steps to check allotment status via Link Intime:

Step1: Visit Link Intime India Private Limited IPO allotment link: https://linkintime.co.in/MIPO/Ipoallotment.html.

Step 2: Again, select IPO Name.

Step 3: Here, fill in details such as PAN number, application number or DP ID.

Step 4: Now, click on 'Search' Button.
