Dubey says, HDFC Life, which was already one of the top gainers during Thursday’s trade, the board will meet today to consider and approve the issue of equity shares and/or other securities by way of preferential allotment. The company is scheduled to organise a conference call today at 09.15 am.

Similarly, the board of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited to meet on September 21, 2021, to consider the sub-division of equity shares of the company, says Dubey. He adds, RailTel Corporation has received Rs 300 crore contract from Indian Air Force, which is to be executed over 12 months.
While, IRB Infrastructure has emerged as a lowest bidder with Rs 909 crore for Chittoor - Thachur Six Laning Highway Project in Tamil Nadu, says Dubey, adding further that the project period of 730 days & an operation period of 15 years commencing from COD.

Granules India has received a licence from government to manufacture and market 2- Deoxy-D-Glucose (2-DG), a covid drug, says Dubey, while Steel Strips Wheels and Indo-National’s respective boards will meet today to mull on a stock split decision.
The senior research also mentions that J&K Bank board approves to raise Rs 2000 crore through equity debt; Motherson Sumi has decided ex-dividend at Rs 1.5 per share and Securities and Exchanges Board of India moves Supreme Court against PNB Housing and PE Carlyle matter.
In IPO segment, Ami Organics on the second day was subscribed 3.9 times, while Vijay Diagnostics were applied for only 40 per cent. It is the last day today for both the IPOs to subscribe, says Dubey.
He also asks investors and traders to keep an eye on stocks such as MTNL, BEML, BSNL and SCI as the government to sell Rs 600 crore land parcel through programme of e-bidding process.
