LTIMindtree Dividend 2023: LTIMindtree shares declined on Tuesday as the stock traded ex-dividend. The stock of the IT services company dropped by as much as Rs 103.7 or 2.3 per cent to Rs 4,345.1 apiece on BSE. LTI Mindtree (LTIM) shares went down by Rs 104 or 2.3 per cent to Rs 4,344.9 apiece at the weakest level of the day on NSE.

Earlier this month, LTIMindtree announced an interim dividend of Rs 20 per share to its investors with a face value of Re 1 for the financial year ending March 2023.

LTIMindtree: Dividend 2023 record date

LTIMindtree has a fixed record date of January 31 for the payment of the interim dividend.

LTIMindtree: Dividend 2023 payment date

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the eligible shareholder's bank account linked to the demat account on the payment date.

"The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration to those shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the

Depositories as on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, being the 'Record Date' fixed for the purpose," the company said in a regulatory filing on January 20.
