“The Board of Directors of REC Limited in its meeting held on October 27, 2022 inter-alia approved declaration of interim dividend @ ₹5 / - (Rupees Five only) per equity share on 10/ - each for the financial year 2022-23," REC Ltd. informed in the exchange filing.
