The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange erased all its gains, to decline 571.44 points, or 0.99%, to end at 57,292.49. The Nifty 50 index fell 169.45 points, or 0.98%, to end at 17,117.60. OMC / MGL / IGL / Gujarat Gas: State fuel retailers have hiked the petrol and diesel prices by 0.8 per litre. The oil price has been hiked after 137 days. In addition, the domestic LPG price has been hiked by Rs 50 and the new price will be applicable from today. Domestic LPG cylinder rates have been hiked after October 6, 2021. Domestic LPG cylinder price increased from Rs 899.50 to Rs 949.5 in Delhi from today.
Equitas Holdings: The board of directors of the company has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation between Equitas Holdings and Equitas Small Finance Bank. Each of the equity shareholders of the Transferor Company as on the Record Date, without any further application or deed, shall be allotted 231 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each credited as fully paid up of the Transferee Company in respect of every 100 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up held by them in the Transferor Company.

Gateway Distriparks: Gateway Distriparks Limited (formerly known as Gateway Rail Freight Limited) to relist on March 22, 2022. The company has completed the process of getting the approval for listing and trading of the equity shares allotted pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
Tata Power / NTPC: Delhi's peak power demand is likely to cross the 8,000 megawatts (MW)-mark this summer, electricity distribution companies (discoms) said on Monday. The summer demand projection has been made by BSES, an electricity distribution company. The year's demand will be more than the highest demand of 7,409 MW recorded in 2019.
Zomato: Online food delivery service provider app Zomato on Monday announced its latest feature - 10-minute delivery of food. Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal announced the offering on Twitter, saying it will first launch in Gurgaon next month.
Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL): India's largest FMCG company, HUL, reportedly, is in talks with Mahashian Di Hatti Pvt. Ltd (MDH) to buy a majority stake in the maker of MDH Spices. MDH could be valued between Rs 10,000-15,000 crore.
G R Infraprojects: The company emerged as L-1 bidder in Financial Bid Opening dated March 21, 2022, for the tender invited by National Highways Authority of India for '4-Laning of Ujjain Badnawar Section from km 26.9 to km 96.00 (Length-69.1 km) in the State of Madhya Pradesh on HAM'. The bid project cost stands at Rs 9067 crore.
GMR Power & Urban Infra: The company will be listed on the bourses tomorrow, i.e. Wednesday, March 23, 2022. For the first 10 days, the stock will trade in the T-to-T category. GPUIL is a demerged company from GMR Infra.
Dhampur Sugar Mills: The Board of Directors of the Company on Monday declared an interim dividend of Rs 6 per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2021-22. The record date for the purpose has been fixed for March 31, 2022.
