Reliance Retail Ventures – The open offer will open on Monday. The share price is R 1022. 25 per equity share.

Stocks in News – RRP Infra Projects Limited share – The board meeting is scheduled on Monday to decide on the final price of shares for the rights issue. The board will also decide on the ratio and issue size. The stocks ended at Rs 80 on the NSE on Thursday, down by 3.6 per cent from the Wednesday closing price.

Retail Inflation numbers for August will also be announced on Monday.

Sansera Engineering IPO will open on 14 September (Tuesday). The three day IPO price band is at Rs 734-Rs 744.

CESC – Ex-date for 1:10 share division on 17 September.
