Technocraft Industries Share Buyback 2022, Technocraft Industries Share Price NSE: Shares of Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd, NSE: TIIL traded ex-date on Thursday, December 29.

According to an exchange filing by the company, Technocraft Industries will buyback 15,00,000 equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 1,000/- per Equity Share through the tender offer.

The company's exchange filing read, "Buy-back of 15,00,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of Technocraft Industries at a price of Rs 1,000 per Equity Share payable in cash on proportionate basis."

Technocraft Industries Record date

The company has fixed the record date as December 30.

"Board of directors of the company in this regard, has vide its resolution dated December 19, 2022 considered and approved Friday, December 30, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and names of shareholders, who will be eligible to participate in the proposed buyback," the company said in a filing.

YTD, Technocraft Industries has yielded a positive yielded of 11 per cent. Putting into perspective, Technocraft Industries stock which was available for Rs 805.75 apiece on January 3, is now available at around Rs 893. At current levels, the company has a market cap of Rs 2.18 thousand crore.
