Manappuram Finance shares tank as ED attaches Rs 143 crore worth of assets

The Enforcement Directorate's recent search at 6 premises of Manappuram Finance Limited and its MD VP Nandakumar has sent the company’s shares into a tailspin. The ED has frozen Rs 143 crore and detected evidence of money laundering and large-scale cash transactions through public deposits.
