Tata Technologies IPO allotment date, Tata Technologies IPO allotment status check online: The allotment for the Rs 3,042.5-crore IPO of Tata Technologies, which provides engineering and product development digital services, was finalised on Wednesday, November 29. The Tata Technologies IPO, the first public offer by the group in 19 years, concluded last week with an overall subscription 69.4 times, driven by remarkable participation from institutional buyers.

The share sale received bids for 3,12,64,92,240 shares against 4,50,29,207 shares on offer. Overall, the public issue has been subscribed 69.43 times on the third day of the bidding process.

The quota for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received 203.41 times the subscription, while the category for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) got subscribed 16.5 times. The portion for non-institutional investors got subscribed 62.11 times.
