Coforge record date dividend: Digital services and solutions provider Coforge on Thursday announced a dividend along with its quarterly financial results. The stock of Coforge gained as much as 3.5 per cent to Rs 5,268 apiece on NSE after the news.

The Noida-based company's board declared the second interim dividend, of Rs 19 per share, for the financial year, translating into a 190 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 10 each.

The IT services company fixed November 2 as the record date for the dividend.

Coforge reported a 16.2 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to Rs 2,276 crore for the second quarter of the current financial year.

Its consolidated net profit, however, fell 10 per cent to Rs 181 crore for the July-September period, according to a regulatory filing.

Analysts said higher expenses dented the company's profitability in the quarter under review.

The company reiterated its revenue growth forecast for fiscal year 2024, aided by new deal wins amid a challenging macroeconomic environment.
