Bank of Maharashtra dividend

Bank of Maharashtra has announced a dividend of Re 1.3 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 per share —a 12 per cent payout. The stock will go ex-dividend on May 23.  

Rossari Biotech dividend 

Rossari Biotech has announced a dividend of Re 0.5 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 24.

Manappuram Finance has announced an interim dividend of Re 0.75 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 24.  

The Great Eastern Shipping Company dividend 

Great Eastern Shipping has announced an interim dividend of Rs 9 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 24.  

Kennametal India dividend

Kennametal India has announced an interim dividend of Rs 20 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 25.

Trent has announced a dividend of Rs 2.2 per equity share with a face value of Re 1. The stock will trade ex-dividend on May 25.  

Radhika Jeweltech stock split 

Radhika Jeweltech will trade ex-stock split (5:1) on May 26.  

Vardhman Special Steels bonus  

The company has announced a bonus issue of equity shares to investors in the ratio of 1:1. The stock will go ex-bonus on May 26.
