Oberoi Realty stock gains over 3% after realty firm launches 'first' luxury residential project in Thane

Oberoi Realty on Monday announced the launch of ‘Forestville by Oberoi Realty’, the 'first' luxury residential project in Kolshet, Thane. The real estate company said that the project would be spread across 18 acres and would comprise 5 residential towers.

Oberoi Realty Share Price: A day after hitting an all-time high, Oberoi Realty shares are soaring over 3 per cent on Tuesday (November 21) on the back of its launch of Thane's 'first' luxury residential project.

The Oberoi Realty stock was trading higher by 3.10 per cent, or Rs 41.85, at Rs 1391.65, at 10:42 on Tuesday before reaching the day's high of Rs 1394.95. The stock hit an all-time high of Rs 1407.15 on Monday after the firm announced its first project for Delhi and NCR.

Luxury residential project for Thane

On Monday, Oberoi Realty announced the launch of ‘Forestville by Oberoi Realty’, the 'first' luxury residential project in Kolshet, Thane.

The real estate company said that the project would be spread across 18 acres and would comprise 5 residential towers.

"The company has launched the first phase of this development consisting of 3 towers. The apartments at Forestville will comprise predominantly spacious 3-bedroom apartments starting from 1090 sq. ft. at Rs. 1.87 crores onwards," Oberoi Realty said.
