Som Distilleries rights issue 2023, Ex-date stocks: Som Distilleries and Breweries traded ex-date for the right issues today, April 13. Engaged in the production of beer and blending and bottling of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Som Distilleries has announced 10:211 rights issue at Rs 140 per share ( (including premium of Rs 135 per share) for an amount aggregating up to Rs 4,894.33 lakhs to all the existing equity shareholders of the company on a rights basis.

Som Distilleries's filing said, "The issue of 3495952 Equity Shares of face value of ₹5/- each at an issue price of ₹140/- per Equity Share (including premium of ₹135/- per Equity Share) for an amount aggregating up to ₹4,894.33 lakhs to all the existing equity shareholders of the Company on a rights basis (“Rights Issue”)."

" Friday, April 14, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of determining names of shareholders of the Company eligible to apply for the Equity Shares in the Rights Issue of the Company," the company's filing said.

"The Rights entitlements of eligible equity shareholders as on record date shall be credited, prior to the issue opening date, in their respective demat accounts under the aforementioned
ISIN," the filing further said.
