Supreme Industries dividend: Supreme Industries's board announced a dividend payout of Rs 20 per equity share of face value of Rs 2, translating to a 1000 per cent payout to its shareholders.

The plastic company's regulatory filing read, " Recommended a Final Dividend@ 1000 % i.e. Rs.20 /- (Rupees Twenty only) per Share of Rs 2/- each (F.V.) on 127026870 Nos. of Equity Shares for the financial year ended 31 st March, 2023."

Supreme Industries dividend 2023 payment date

If Supreme Industries's dividend is approved, the dividend will be paid out on or after July 7.

"The Dividend as recommended by the Board, if approved at the 81st Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after 7th July, 2023," the company's filing added.

Supreme Industries dividend 2023 record date

Supreme Industries has fixed June 21 as the record date of the dividend.

"The Dividend when sanctioned will be payable to those Equity Shareholders, whose names stands on the Register of Members on the close of 28th June, 2023. However, in respect of Shares held in the electronic form, the Dividend will be payable, to the beneficial owners of the said Shares as at close of Wednesday, 21 st June, 2023 (Record Date), as per details furnished by Depositories," the company's further said.
