Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Dividend 2023 Record Date: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank will trade ex-dividend today, March 1. The Bengaluru-based bank has announced paying Rs 0.75 interim dividend per equity share bearing a face value of Rs 10 each to shareholders and Rs 0.55 dividend per preferential share.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Dividend 2023 Record Date

The bank has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the payment of dividend. The record date, according to an exchange filing by the company, is March 1.

"Further, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors, has been fixed as Wednesday, March 01, 2023," the bank said in the filing.

The dividend will be credited directly to the bank account of the shareholders on the payment date.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Share Price Target 2023

Axis Securities has tagged a buy rating on Ujjivan Small Finance Bank shares for a price target of 37, implying an upside of 40 per cent.
